Join the Club

Are you a resident of the area and wish to join the Middle Tennessee Seminole Club? Are you a current member who needs to renew membership? Read below to find out how. Club dues are just $15 for a single membership, $25 for a family membership.

Our membership year runs from August 1 through the next July 31. If you join or renew now, your membership is paid through July 31, 2008.

New Members

Click here for an online New Member form. You can fill out all your info here and even pay your dues via PayPal if you wish. Or, if you'd prefer, you can join the club in person at any official club event.

Renewals

Paying by PayPal

If want to use PayPal to make a secure credit card payment, just follow these instructions. (The advantage to paying via PayPal at the time you sign up over the website is that much of this is done for you.)

1. Go to Paypal.

2. You'll have to create a personal account, which verifies your e-mail and lets you put in your credit card details. (Paypal is a secure site.) If you already have a Paypal account, log in.

3. Click the "Send Money" link.

4. Fill out the "Send Money" form as follows:

Recipient's Email: treasurer@middletennesseenoles.com (be sure to check the spelling carefully)
Amount: 15.00 or 25.00 (depending on whether you're signing up as a single or a family)
Currency: U.S. Dollars
Type: Service
Subject: Membership Dues
Note: Fill in your name, address and phone. If you signed up as a new member via the website, include your confirmation number. That lets us match up your payment with your signup form (very important!) To be safe, include your e-mail address as well.

5. Click "Continue" and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Paying via Check

Make the check payable to MTSC. You can pay at any organized club event, or send it to:
